PETRONAS Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE) is applicable to the directors and employees of iPerintis Sdn Bhd, employees of third parties performing work or services for PETRONAS and its Group of Companies. The CoBE contains detailed policy statements on the standards of behaviour and ethical conduct expected of each individual to whom it applies. It is accompanied by a Country Supplement (Malaysia) to cater to local jurisdictions' applicable legislations and social mores as well as a CoBE Guide that sets out frequently asked questions and some "Dos" & Don'ts" in relation to certain specific situations.The CoBE covers several areas which include among others, fighting corruption and unethical practices, providing or receiving gifts and entertainment, serious pecuniary indebtedness, borrowing money, living beyond official emoluments and legitimate private means, information security, workplace culture and environment and disciplinary process and sanction.

It is important for each employee of iPerintis and employees of third parties providing work and services to iPerintis to understand and abide by all the policies and guidelines stated in the CoBE to promote legal and procedural compliance as well to ensure our behaviour is aligned to our shared values.
