backup and restore services, patch management, corrective and preventive maintenance.
Management and operations of network links and equipments for voice, video and data communications for Local Area
Network (LAN), Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IPVPN) based Wide Area Network (WAN), PABX, voice and
video conferencing. Service includes monitoring of network utilization and optimization to ensure Quality of Service
(QoS) offerings.
Management and operations of PCs, notebooks, printers, handhelds and other peripherals. Services include installation,
configuration and support.
Management and operations of secured computing environment based on ICT security policies and guidelines. Services
include monitoring and reporting of ICT security violations, reporting of security incidents and systems access
