Senior Project Manager
Application Delivery (ADE)

Work Experience:	Overall minimum 8 years' experience working as a technical resource of which 5+ years in managing software development projects.
Requirements:	Proven Project Management track record. Demonstrated expertise in planning, managing and delivering multiple, complex, high profile, concurrent development projects. Comprehensive knowledge of multiple development life cycles. Customer and end-user focused. Able to manage non-direct reports to achieve results. Pragmatic and action or achievement oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. PMP certified and experience in working in a CMMI project environment are a plus.
Work Scope:	Plan, control, and manage medium to large size Microsoft .NET, SharePoint or Business Intelligence development projects within the agreed time, budget, specification, and quality constraints. Liaise with the customers to define the business requirements. Produce comprehensive commercial proposals. Provide effective leadership to the project team and actively represent the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the customers. Conduct performance appraisals
