Corporate ICT Governance (CIG), Process Management Section
| Role Description: |
The Senior Process Consultant reports to the Process Specialist, Corporate ICT Governance Process Management Section.
The applicant shall understand the company business as well as the clients by working closely with the internal ITSM team and sometime with project team to assist in the project consultation by performing business analysis, developing proposals for recommendation or best practices, documentation, trainings, quality assurance and audits. Opportunity and need to travel to the regional offices to support and coordinate process activities will be part of the job.

| Responsibilities: |
Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead iPerintis process improvement initiatives for International Certifications ISO/IEC 20000, CMMI-DEV and TUV-STAR
- Plan and strategize process improvement programmes based on identified gaps and opportunities during process assessment
- Provide leadership and advice to process teams during process improvement design and implementation
- Manage timelines, deliverables, structure and staffing requirements for project and undertakes design, development and implementation work within own area of expertise
- Act as focal point of the project team to address issues and escalates critical issues to Division Head
- Direct, facilitate and review project deliverables for standards, consistency, and quality
- Lead change management programmes to support process improvement implementation
- Manage assessment and audit IT processes, practices and procedures
- Coach, supervise and develop the team in their functional roles

- Proficient knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
- Demonstrates good planning an organizing skills and attention to detail

| Qualification: |
- Minimum Diploma in Computing or equivalent (IT or Network) with above 5 years working experience in ICT industries under MNC organization will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years working experience in project management involving IT Governance, Policy, Processes and Standards
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- ITIL v3 Foundation/Practitioner, ISACA CISA Certification is preferred
