Corporate ICT Governance (CIG), Process Management Section
| Role Description: |
The Process Consultant reports to the Senior Process Consultant, Corporate ICT Governance Process Management Section, and is responsible to continuously implement ICT process improvement by aligning to industry best practices as defined in IT Infrastructure Library, ISO/IEC 20000, CMMI-DEV, TUV-STAR and Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) where applicable and approved by iPerintis.

| Responsibilities: |
Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute process improvement programme based on industry best practices
- Provides consultancy to various teams in iPerintis to establish, manage and maintain IT Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Regularly assess and audit IT processes, practices and procedures for compliance against industry best practices
- Undertake change management programme for iPerintis employees to manage cultural and mindset changes
- Assist the Senior Process Consultant in managing various projects
- Assist process owner in the identification, development and implementation of iPerintis Information Technology Services Management (ITSM), CMMI-DEV, TUV-STAR improvement programme and ensure alignment of ITSM and CMMI-DEV processes to overall Corporate's objectives and strategy
- Perform daily IT operations in accordance to the ISO/IEC 20000 objectives, processes and procedures as defined in the ITSM and Solution Delivery policy and ensure full awareness and familiarization of the ISO/IEC 20000 and CMMI-DEV processes and procedures
- Be as Document Associate and Knowledge Management focal in supporting Process Management daily activities

- Provide weekly status update to the Project Manager/ Senior Process Consultant

- Proficient knowledge of client industry and business imperatives
- Good knowledge of information technology processes
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of standard MS Software including MS Project
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail

| Qualification: |
- Minimum Diploma in Computing or equivalent (IT or Network) with above 5 years working experience in ICT industries under MNC organization will be an added advantage Minimum 3 years working experience in project management involving IT Governance, Policy, Processes and Standards
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- ITIL v3 Foundation/Practitioner, ISACA CISA Certification is preferred
