Since John took over the role of Chief Executive Officer of iPerintis Sdn Bhd (iPerintis) in January 2008, he has facilitated multiple levels of transformation and aligned the organisation with its core values and a unified purpose. He has created and sustained an environment that maximizes staff and organisational capabilities.

He has led the company through significant development and growth. Significant advancements have been made with respect to organisational capability, technical knowledge, overall client perception and improved services. The company has since achieved numerous prestigious international accreditations such as ISO20000, ISO27001, CMMI-Dev and TUV Rheinland Star.

These enhancements have successfully driven the company to its next stage of business growth and most significantly, resulted in improved ICT services and cost savings for its major client, the Fortune 100, Malaysian Oil and Gas giant PETRONAS.

With over 25 years of international and multifaceted experience in the world of ICT, John is in the prime position to drive iPerintis on the route to become a truly global ICT company.

John's global ICT industry experience encompasses leadership roles in multiple industry segments including Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, R&D, Education, Retail and Consulting. He has worked for several multinationals and his extensive international work experience stretches from the UK, Australia, North America, and South America to the Asian regions.

Before joining iPerintis, John spent five years at Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM), an international engineering, sciences and project delivery company based in Australia with offices across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia. As the Strategy & Architecture Manager for this Group, John was responsible for the technology selection and strategy development as well as the integration of newly acquired businesses. John was soon appointed as an Associate Partner in recognition of his leadership capabilities and key contributions.

Prior to SKM, John served in a number of senior roles including Practice Manager for 'eBusiness Australia' leading this software development and consulting group specialising in e-commerce solutions and Technology Director for an independent software development house.

John's working experience in the United Kingdom was with The Wellcome Foundation where he spent 14years, leading and managing the areas of production mainframe and later distributed systems supporting R&D activities. The Wellcome Foundation what is now known as GlaxoSmithKline, was a 36,000 employee pharmaceutical company.
