Corporate Social Responsibility in iPerintis
Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are based on our company's vision which includes the development of local people and our core values – SPIRIT: Service oriented, Professionalism, Integrity, Responsibility and Respect, Innovation and Teamwork.
The key goals of our CSR program are to take responsibility for the impact of our activities on our various constituencies and society as a whole and to provide positive contributions to support their long term sustainable development and growth.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Statement
CSR is fundamental to iPerintis's culture and values. It reflects the corporate social and environmental sustainability commitments we make to our clients, shareholders, employees and local communities. These commitments drive us to perform with the highest standards of good governance and ethics; provide products and services that meet the rising expectations of our clients and business partners; attract and retain quality employees; provide meaningful support in our communities; and improve the social and environmental impacts of our business practices and those of our suppliers.

- Ensure sound corporate governance and compliance practices, ethical policies and transparency on reporting
- Provide talent development and well-being programs committed to supporting a diverse environment where employees can thrive and excel
- Corporate philanthropy to aid the development of children, young adults and impoverished communities
- Support community-based development by working with local communities to better themselves
- Build relationships with suppliers whose CSR goals and activities are aligned with our expectations
Corporate Social Responsibility Programs
The Steering Committee for our CSR programs consist of the CEO as the chairman andour Management Committee (MC) as members. The CSR Program is driven by the Human resource department and iPerintis Sports and Recreational Club (iPSRC) which includes representatives from our employees.
- Children and Young Adults Development Program
The objective is to aid in the development of underprivileged and physically challenged children and young adults. We have identified and are working closely with various charity organisations within the Klang Valley and are continuously expanding the beneficiaries of our program.
The whole organisation is excited about working with these special children and young adults, with the inspiration of bringing them joy in any way that is possible. We are determined to continue to lend our support and special attention to these children in order for them to lead a fulfilling life as they deserve.
- Internship Program
The objective is to support the development of young adults by improving their competencies and marketability to find employment. We provide internship for graduates from a wide range of degrees background, not limited to technical, finance, accounting and business. We collaborate with bodies such as Bank Negara Malaysia and MSC-Malaysia internship programs to provide paid internship opportunities.
- Employee Volunteer Program
The objective is to promote and support volunteering amongst our employees. This program enables our employees to give some of their time, energy and talents back to the community through spirited programs and initiatives. Employee who volunteers will be provided with paid leave to conduct a volunteer activity which is endorsed by the organisation.
