Our accreditations and certifications are our resume.

We are committed to excellence, as an organisation and as a business entity. We want to be recognised as a Tier One, best of breed service provider. The attainment of these international certifications has certainly moved us nearer to that goal. In pursuing these certifications, we have improved our capabilities and realigned our organisation's focus to areas of most value add. The measurable benefits not only include improved customer perceptions, but also reduced incident response times for support, clearer lines of communication between different functional groups, and a clearer view of how we're doing on a whole, as reporting and benchmarking systems are established.

More subtly but of equal significance is the function these certifications play in advertising ourselves to external clients. Todate, iPerintis have achieved three international certifications; ISO20000, ISO27001 and CMMI Level 2.

Certification Coverage
ISO20000 ISO20000 – IT Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000) is aligned with and complementary to the process approach defined within ITIL. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers.

ISO27001 ISO27001 systematically examine the organization's information security risks, design and implement controls and risk treatment; and ensure that the information security controls continue to meet the organization's information security needs.

CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 2 CMMI-DEV Maturity Level 2 is a model that organizations follow to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of their product and service development work.
