The attainment of these international certifications has certainly moved us nearer to that goal. In pursuing these certifications, we have improved our capabilities and realigned our organisation's focus to areas of most value add. The measurable benefits not only include improved customer perceptions, but also reduced incident response times for support, clearer lines of communication between different functional groups, and a clearer view of how we're doing on a whole, as reporting and benchmarking systems are established.
More subtly but of equal significance is the function these certifications play in advertising ourselves to external clients. Todate, iPerintis have achieved three international certifications; ISO20000, ISO27001 and CMMI Level 2.
